THE WILD TEAM
Emmanuelle is a true Parisian. So when it comes to food, design or fashion, she knows what’s up. Over the past decade, this cosmopolite Frenchy has built a reputation as a global tastemaker in Paris, New York and Dubai. Curator, director and co-founder of Comptoir 102 in Dubai, a favourite of international travel guides and fashion magazines, the lifestyle concept store has quickly established itself as one of the best in the city.
Winner of the Harper’s Bazaar Design Award of the best furniture shop of the region and the What’s On award of the best Healthy Restaurant in Dubai, Comptoir 102 has become a reference for healthy eating and a hidden treasure for discerning shoppers vibes.
Realising the strong potential of healthy food concepts in the local market, she’s decided to launch Wild & The Moon, pushing a little further with a chain of healthy grab and go.
She’s also funny and rock n roll, and the best friend you can have. She parties hard and personally tried and tested many different recipes of Hangover Cures juices before approving one. That’s her secret to looking so fresh. She’s the creative brain behind the brand.
Herve is a finance jedi and a pretty decent Muay Thai boxer too. Former partner at Rothschild Investment Bank, he has developed his expertise in France, the UK, USA and the UAE, where he was the regional head in Dubai. A cosmopolite carreer that allowed him to build a significant experience across the hospitality, leisure and consumer goods sectors, focusing on hotels and restaurants.
While living in the US, his interests in raw and vegan food has grown, hand in hand with his sports addiction. Now a passionate advocate, Herve strongly believes that increased knowledge and education around plant-based food, fitness and healthy living has the power to positively change our society.
With more than 18 years of international experience in the food industry (USA, France/Europe and Middle East), Greg knows a thing or two about food.
From genius chef, having been trained in major 3 stars restaurants in France, to co-founder and manager of a leading premium catering company in Dubai, he later developed the cooking school “Atelier des Chefs” franchise in Dubai, making it the most successful and profitable unit of the group in a couple of years.
He also ran as COO in the leading levant food group in Dubai, consultant in the food industry and within his various employers, has developed a particular expertise at developing restaurants and kitchens.
In fact he’s the Elvis Presley of the food industry.
The three founders met in Dubai when Greg helped to set up Emma’s Comptoir 102 restaurant in Dubai.
As he came to Paris to help kick start the first Wild & the Moon restaurant rue Charlot early 2016, the food lover fell in love with the concept, also wishing for better and organic food and a better life style for himself and the public. He immediately became addicted, full team member and is now partner of Wild & The Moon, snorting spirulina on his most crazy nights.
If you’re lucky to know him, he will casually invite you for dinner and throw a feast for kings in less than 20 minutes, then modestly say: “Ah, that’s nothing!”. He is also killing it on the dancefloor, and a bit of a flirt sometimes. We adore him.
